Matrix Fitness is working in partnership with LIVESTRONG® - the charity founded by cancer survivor and champion cyclist, Lance Armstrong in 1997 – and has created this exciting new range. Inspired by the drive and determination of Lance himself, LIVESTRONG by Matrix Indoor Cycles feature the attention to detail and solid quality that is synonymous with the LIVESTRONG name.

The LIVESTRONG indoor cycles offer the opportunity to engage both existing and prospective members in something worthwhile: they are emotive, inspirational and they demonstrate the club's support for an important cause and means that members will feel part of a training community.

g3 strength series

Who said strength machines can't be sophisticated?

Subtle lines, simple operation – our biomechanical experts developed this equipment to accurately match the body's fluid, natural movements. The result? Machines that are more comfortable, more effective and easier to operate. And because we understand fitness facilities as well as we do their members, Matrix equipment is strategically designed for maximum visual impact and minimum physical footprint.

Free weights

Free weights are a great way to achieve an all over workout.

The difference between a free weights workout and a multi-gym work out is that with a multi-gym you are restricted by having to repeat the same motion on each muscle group, but with free weights there are several different exercises for each muscle group. Using a variety of different exercises on the same muscle will increase its efficiency causing it to perform better and give a more toned appearance.

You can also isolate specific muscles which require toning or increasing in bulk. At Go Gym we have a wide range of free weights manufactured by market leaders Ziva, our personal trainers can devise a programme that incorporates free weights effectively whilst ensuring you use the correct technics to minimise injury and to maximise your workout.
